Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal or account-related information handled by Fuzhou Shuidifeiyang Network Technology Co., Ltd. where applicable. We review each request against identity, authority, platform requirements and legal retention obligations.
How to submit a request
- Email business@dripfly.org with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- State your full name, organization, relevant account identifier and the information or service connected to your request.
- Describe the information you want deleted and provide enough context for us to locate it.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.

Verification
To protect accounts and information, we may verify that the requester is the relevant individual, an authorized representative or an authorized account administrator. If we cannot reasonably verify the request, we will explain what additional information is needed.
What happens next
We will acknowledge a valid request and aim to complete our review within 30 days. Complex requests, platform dependencies or legal requirements may require additional time; if so, we will provide an update.
Deletion scope
Where deletion is approved, we will remove or de-identify relevant information from active systems. Limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or documented platform obligations. Residual encrypted backups will expire through normal backup cycles and will not be restored for ordinary business use.
Disconnecting platform access
An authorized account administrator may also revoke our application's access through the relevant platform's official business or account settings. Revocation stops future API access but may not by itself delete records that must be retained for a valid legal or security purpose.
